SPOTLIGHT ON SOPHIE:

Hi, my name is SOPHIE. I am a Doberman - full or mix - who was born
in August 2007. Some have said that I look like I could have some
Greyhound in me too. They may be right - I do love to run and am
pretty fast. I am originally from New Orleans where I was picked
up as a stray. I have enjoyed my time so far in Tallahassee and
have made many friends - with the volunteers and the other dogs
at the sanctuary. While some of the other dogs said they have never
seen a dog like me before (I am very attractive) when I first arrived,
they've come to know and like me. If you're looking for an extremely
bright dog who has a great deal of potential, then I'd be perfect
for you. I get along well with other dogs, as my buddies at the
sanctuary would attest to. While I have not been around cats, I
don't think I'd have any problems with them. I ride very well in
the car. I usually just curl up in the backseat. I would love a
home where I would get affection and exercise - structure and discipline
would be good too!
Sophie is housetrained, microchipped, spayed, and up-to-date on
her shots.
