SPOTLIGHT ON DAISY:

Hi, my name is DAISY. I’m a medium-sized Pit Bull mix - but
don’t let that scare you away. I consider myself to be one
of the sweetest dogs at the sanctuary where I live – at least
to people and some other dogs.
While some might think that I’m a bit too big to sit in your
lap, I may try since I love to be close to people. I’ll tell
you up front that I don’t care for cats or horses. I like
to stick with my own kind! I was born in 2001 or 2002, but I still
play like a puppy. I got adopted a year or so ago by a great family
that had 2 young girls. I really liked it there (they liked me too),
but then my new dad got sick, so the volunteers at the sanctuary
welcomed me back.
I am housetrained and really enjoy walks and car rides. I also enjoy
sitting on top of my dog house – I like to keep an eye on
things! People always say how cute I am when I’m at the adoption
booths, but no one other than my last family has ever tried me out.
I’m not sure what they’re waiting for - I’d make
someone a terrific dog and a great friend. Why not consider me?
Daisy is spayed, house trained, microchipped and up to date with
her routine shots.
